Q. I am renovating an existing kitchen and not sure what I need to do to get started.
A. If you have an idea in mind about what you want we can help you from there. Initially we will get you to complete our questionnaire so we can determine your schedule and requirements and then we can organise to come and visit your site and then draw a plan for you to enable us to provide a quote. We will also provide you with a 3D picture of your project so you can see your cupboards and colours
Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Yes, we have a showroom located at Unit 3 /16 Hawthorn St Dubbo. We prefer appointments to ensure we will have time to give you the attention you need to conduct a consultation.
Q. What areas do you service? And do you travel?
A. We do travel and work with clients in Dubbo and the Central West. We will consider other locations as required. Please contact us to discuss.
Q. I need minor building work completed for my kitchen renovation. Can you help?
A. Yes, we have qualified carpenters as well as joiners in our team so can do any building work required as part of your kitchen renovation. We also do a range of other building work including bathroom renovations.
We can also organise other trades including but not limited to an electrician, tiler, plumber, painter etc, so we really are a one-stop-shop.
Q. I struggle to visualise spaces and layouts of joinery. Do you provide plans or any drawings?
A. Yes, we provide detailed plans specific to you project that include elevations and a 3D image (which we can also add the colours you actually choose), so it makes it very easy to understand and visualise what your joinery/space will look like.
We also provide this for bathroom renovations.
Q. I’m really unsure of what I want and how I want my kitchen and other joinery to look (colours, layout etc). Can you help?
A. Our experienced team can help you through the entire process. We have a qualified Interior Designer who can assist you with colours and finishes, and even guide you through the whole selection process if you are building or renovating (e.g. flooring, paint, tiles, furniture etc). Q. What hardware do you use?
A. This is really important to us. We use Blum for all of our hardware which is soft-close and offers a lifetime warranty. However, we do have other alternatives and suppliers, so if you prefer a specific brand let us know.
